Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are charged at weekend rates for all villas.
Bookings can only be made through our website, Agoda or Airbnb. Once you have made the payment, we will email you the check-in instructions.
We use GuestPro for bookings and accept bank transfer and credit card.
Yes, Unifi Wi-Fi is available at all villas to keep guests connected.
Yes, we do. We provide plates, cups, mugs, forks, spoons, a pan, a stove, a fridge, a microwave and a water dispenser.
Yes, towels are provided for all guests, along with body wash and shampoo.
At Gerimis Senja Villa, Kasturi Cabin and Tanalui, check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM the next day. At Kozu, check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM the next day.
Cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks before your arrival date. If you cancel 3 weeks before check-in, 25% of the full amount will be deducted. If you cancel 2 weeks before check-in, 50% of the full amount will be deducted. If you cancel 1 week or less before check-in, the full amount will be forfeited.
Yes. You can pay the security deposit by QR on site when you check in. Our caretaker will show you the QR code at the villa. The security deposit will be returned within 5 to 7 working days after you check out.
No, day guests are not allowed.
Events are not allowed at any of our villas. If your gathering is within the villa's guest capacity, please contact us first for approval.
